"Good habits formed at youth make all the difference"

- Aristotle

Each style of physical activity has its own merit, but the specific ways in which boxing can improve young people’s emotional wellbeing have been widely documented.

High expectations created by daily peer pressures, immersion in social media, the need to excel academically and many others, can become challenging and often create motivational barriers that may hold them back from achieving their full potential.

Coupled with the rewards and benefits of physical exercise, structured and consistent mentoring provides additional positive input, encouraging focus, self-discipline and accountability for their development and progress.
