MEET THE TRAINER

Having served over 25 years in the Army as an infantry soldier, fitness has always been an integral part of my life. My natural ability to challenge myself physically and mentally, and motivate others to do the same, led me to excel within my military career as a Physical Training Instructor. 

 

A boxer from the age of 8 years old, I went on to compete at amateur level for over 15 years, Nationally and for the Army. Following this, my enthusiasm for the sport inspired me to focus on training and conditioning boxers of all ages and levels, whilst shadowing coaches in the interim. 
 

Experiencing being pushed to extreme limits, both as a soldier and as an athlete, helped me attain an extensive understanding of the benefits and importance of functional strength and conditioning training, and over the years I focussed on refining my coaching skills in this area.

 

Keen to add a formal qualification as a fitness PT, 7 years ago I attained an internationally recognised Level 4 Diploma with the highly regarded European Personal Training Institute. Since then, I’ve harnessed my talents, training, and coaching clients from all ages and backgrounds, helping them develop resilience, mental toughness, self-accountability, and the confidence they needed to accomplish their goals.

 

Taking my vast experience in a variety of personal fitness regimes, I have combined the fundamentals of non-contact boxing, with functional exercising principles, to offer an all-encompassing mind and body workout, which is challenging, enjoyable and accessible to all ages and abilities.
